The first set of questions contains text boxes that lack accessible names, which may impact users of assistive technology. Many assistive technology tools rely on element names to help users navigate and interact with the page. If these are not set correctly, users may experience difficulties using certain aspects of the application.

This does not meet WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.1.2 - Name, Role, Value (Level A).

We plan on resolving this over time but is at a very deep technical level across the site.
